What is a tasty recipe for gluten free chicken wings?
Ingredients
* 2 pounds chicken wings
* 1/2 cup gluten-free flour
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
* 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
* 1/4 teaspoon paprika
* 1/4 teaspoon cumin
* 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
* 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
* 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a large bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, chili powder, and cayenne pepper.
3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat.
4. Drizzle the chicken wings with olive oil and toss to coat.
5. Spread the chicken wings in a single layer on a baking sheet.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken wings are cooked through and crispy.
