Marnade and cook boneless chicken breasts?

Ingredients:

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 1/4 cup olive oil

- 1/4 cup lemon juice

- 1/4 cup soy sauce

- 1/4 cup honey

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 teaspoon paprika

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

2. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them in the marinade.

3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.

4. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

6. Place the chicken breasts on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.

7. Serve immediately.

Tips:

- To ensure that the chicken is cooked through, insert a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the breast. It should read 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

- If you don't have a meat thermometer, you can also cut into the chicken to check for doneness. The meat should be white and opaque throughout.

- You can also cook the chicken breasts on the grill or in a grill pan. Just be sure to cook them over medium heat to avoid burning them.

- Serve the chicken breasts with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or rice.
