Guinea pig and I keep it in my garage with a cover over cage will that draft out?
Keeping your guinea pig in the garage may not be the best environment due to temperature fluctuations and drafts. Guinea pigs are sensitive to extreme temperatures and drafts can make them sick. Ideal temperature range for guinea pigs is between 65-75°F. If the temperature in the garage drops below this range, it could be harmful to the guinea pig.
Additionally, the cover over the cage may not provide sufficient protection from the cold. It would be advisable to move the guinea pig cage indoors to a warmer location to ensure its comfort and well-being.
