Ingredients:
* 1 cup all-purpose flour
* 1/2 cup water
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 cup vegetable oil
* 1 cup refried beans
* 1/4 cup shredded cheese
* 1/4 cup chopped tomato
* 1/4 cup chopped onion
* 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
* Sour cream, for serving
* Salsa, for serving
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, water, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
2. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 5 minutes, or until smooth and elastic.
3. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
4. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
5. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a 6-inch circle.
6. Place the dough circles in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
7. Remove the dough circles from the skillet and place them on a plate.
8. Spread some refried beans, cheese, tomato, onion, and cilantro on each dough circle.
9. Fold the dough circles in half and serve with sour cream and salsa.
