Can you make herbal slimming tea at home?

Ingredients:

- 1 tablespoon dried ginger

- 1 tablespoon dried lemongrass

- 1 tablespoon dried peppermint leaves

- 1 tablespoon dried hibiscus flowers

- 1 teaspoon green tea leaves

- Honey or stevia to taste (optional)

Instructions:

1. In a large teapot or saucepan, combine the ginger, lemongrass, peppermint leaves, hibiscus flowers, and green tea leaves.

2. Add 4 cups of boiling water to the teapot or saucepan.

3. Cover and let steep for at least 10 minutes.

4. Strain the tea into mugs and add honey or stevia to taste, if desired.

5. Enjoy!

Tips:

- For a stronger tea, use more herbs and/or steep the tea for longer.

- For a milder tea, use fewer herbs and/or steep the tea for a shorter time.
