What is Wulong tea?

Wulong tea (also spelled oolong tea) is a semi-oxidized tea (somewhere between green and black tea) produced in China and Taiwan, and to a lesser extent in India, Japan and Vietnam. Wulong tea leaves can range from light to dark in color, and the flavor can be floral, fruity, sweet, or nutty.
