Beer & Wine License: $1,250 (21+ years old)**
The Beer & Wine License allows the Holder to sell beer containing not more than 6.0% alcohol by weight and wine containing not more than 14.0% alcohol by volume. The maximum combined quantity of beer and wine that can be sold under a Beer and Wine License shall be 5 gallons per transaction to any one person.
Beer & Wine with Spirits License: $3,000 (21+ years old)
The Beer & Wine with Spirits License allows the Holder to sell beer, wine and distilled spirits in original unopened containers only. The maximum quantity that may be sold in any one (1) transaction to any one (1) person shall be a total of three (3) gallons.
Caterer's Beer & Wine License: $1,400 (21+ years old)
The Caterer’s Beer & Wine License allows the Holder to sell beer containing not more than 6.0% alcohol by weight and wine containing not more than 14.0% alcohol by volume, but only for consumption on the premises where sold and/or catered if the catering is taking place at a location that does not have a beer & wine license. The maximum combined quantity of beer and wine that can be sold under a Beer and Wine Caterer’s License shall be 5 gallons per transaction to any one person.
