In Ireland Scotland and rsa places where alcoholic drinks are sold illegally?
It's not accurate to claim that alcoholic drinks are sold illegally in Ireland, Scotland, or the Republic of South Africa (RSA). All three of these countries have laws regulating the sale of alcohol, but these laws do not prohibit the sale of alcohol altogether. In Ireland and Scotland, alcohol is sold in licensed premises such as pubs, restaurants, and off-licences. In RSA, alcohol is sold in licensed premises and bottle stores.
