What is FL-3 Liquor license in India?
FL-3 liquor license is a retail license issued by the Excise Department in some Indian states. It permits the holder to sell Indian / Imported Foreign liquor in original unopened bottles of not more than 750ml capacity.
Terms of FL-3 License:
- Must be over 25 years of age to apply.
- Must be a citizen of India.
- Must be solvent.
- Must not be habitual drunkard.
- Minimum area must be 15 sq meters.
- There should not be any educational institution or any place of public worship within a radius of 100 meters of the location of the licensed premises.
