Can you get lockjaw from drinking sewage water?

Lockjaw, medically known as trismus, is a spasm of the jaw muscles causing extreme difficulty in opening the mouth. While lockjaw can rarely result from severe bacterial infections (like tetanus), drinking sewage water does not cause lockjaw.
