How to Make Mountain Dew Mixed Drinks
If you love Mountain Dew and mixed drinks, you should not have a problem combining the two. In 2011, one website had more than 50 different mixed drinks with Mountain Dew. Some of those mixes are repeated here, but the point is Mountain Dew will pretty much mix with anything.
Things You'll Need
- Mt. Dew
- Cups
- Ice
- Apple Pucker Liquor
Instructions
-
For a Dewhaus, mix 1 can of Mountain Dew, a piece of blackberry fruit, and 2 shots of blackberry Schnapps in a glass. Fill the glass with 2 ice cubes.
-
For a Dewpepper, fill a glass with ice, then add 6 oz. of peppermint Schnapps. Fill the rest of the glass with Mountain Dew.
-
A Green Goblin calls for multiple alcoholic parts and a little Kool-Aid. Combine 1 part sour apple pucker, 1 part gold tequila, 1 part triple sec, 1 part vodka and 1 part lemon juice with 2 parts each of berry Kool-Aid and Mountain Dew. Mix them with ice and serve.
-
For a Jolly Dew, use one full can of Mountain Dew and mix in 3 oz. of an amaretto liquor. The result should taste something like a cherry jolly rancher candy.
-
For a Zinger, mix equal parts of peach Schnapps and Mountain Dew.
