Can you use k cups in the tassimo single cup coffee maker?

Tassimo machines use T DISC pods, which are specifically designed for their machines. They have a barcode on the bottom that the machine reads to determine brewing parameters like water temperature and brewing time.

K-Cups, on the other hand, are designed for Keurig machines. They have a different brewing process and barcode system that Tassimo machines cannot read.

Trying to use a K-Cup in a Tassimo machine will not work, and could potentially damage your machine.
