How come in a coffee bag the dissolve where as when you have instant it dissolves?

Coffee bags and instant coffee both contain ground coffee, but they are processed differently. Coffee bags are filled with coarsely ground coffee, while instant coffee is made from finely ground coffee that has been freeze-dried or spray-dried.

- When you add hot water to a coffee bag, the water seeps through the bag and dissolves the coffee grounds.

- The dissolved coffee then drips into your cup. The process is similar to making loose-leaf tea. Instant coffee, on the other hand, is made by brewing coffee and then removing the water.

- The resulting coffee extract is then dried into a powder or granules.

-When you add hot water to instant coffee, the powder or granules quickly dissolve, releasing the coffee flavor.

Coffee bags and instant coffee have different advantages and disadvantages. Coffee bags produce a more flavorful cup of coffee, but they can be more expensive and time-consuming to prepare. Instant coffee is less expensive and more convenient, but it does not produce as flavorful a cup of coffee.
