Hot Drinks

• Stir creme de almond into coffee or hot chocolate for a cold-weather treat. For extra-rich drinks, add half-and-half to the coffee mixture or use whole milk to make the hot chocolate. Add a splash of coffee liqueur to either concoction if you prefer a stronger drink. Garnish with a chocolate-dipped spoon, if desired.

Sour

• Mix creme de almond with lemon juice and simple syrup for a cocktail that's almost identical to the classic amaretto sour. Serve over ice and garnish with a lemon wedge or maraschino cherries.

Roasted Toasted Almond

• Add creme de almond to vodka, coffee liqueur and heavy cream for an alternative to the classic White Russian. Serve over ice and stir until blended. Garnish with a cinnamon stick, if desired.

Rum Punch

• Use creme de almond to complement the fruit juices in a pitcher of rum punch. Stir together creme de almond, dark rum, ginger ale, pomegranate juice, orange juice and a splash of lime juice in a large pitcher or a punch bowl. Float orange wedges, lime wedges, pineapple wedges and maraschino cherries on top. Serve over ice with a tiny paper umbrella.

Champagne

• Mix chilled creme de almond with champagne to add a hint of the tropics to your next celebration. Stir in a dash of coconut extract and serve over ice.

Rum and Cola

• Creme de almond adds an unexpected flavor to the classic rum and cola cocktail. Mix the almond liqueur with cola and dark rum and serve over ice. Garnish with maraschino cherries.
