How to Make Bacardi Mojitos
Many occasions call for the enjoyment of a cocktail. Lunch with friends, cocktail parties and tropical vacations are just a few. Even if you are not on a tropical island or dining al fresco at the beach, you can still have a Bacardi mojito. Knowing how to create this libation means you can make one in your own kitchen. Things You'll Need
- Ice
- Mint
- Lime
- Sugar
- Club soda
- Bacardi rum

Cut half a lime into small wedges. Muddle together 12 mint leaves and the lime pieces in a glass. This means using a spoon to mash the mint and lime together against the side of the glass.

Pour 2 tbsp. sugar over the muddled mint and lime. Fill the remainder of the glass with crushed ice.

Pour 2 oz. Bacardi rum into the glass. Fill the glass with club soda. You can use more or less rum to suit your personal taste.

Stir to mix all the flavors together. Garnish your glass with a fresh sprig of mint. Drink and enjoy.
