Is root beer a coke or pepsi product?

Root beer is not a Coke or Pepsi product. It's a separate category of soda!

While Coca-Cola and PepsiCo do have their own root beer brands (Barq's and Mug Root Beer, respectively), many other companies produce root beer as well. Some popular brands include:

* A&W

* IBC

* Hires

* Dr Pepper (yes, they make root beer too!)

* Virgil's

* Bundaberg (Australian brand)

So, while you might see Coca-Cola or Pepsi advertising their root beer, it's not the only option out there!
