Can fermented coke raise your blood alcohol content?

Fermented Coke cannot raise your blood alcohol content. While regular, non-fermented Coca-Cola does contain trace amounts of alcohol (0.0016%), it would be impossible to drink enough of it to become intoxicated. Furthermore, the fermentation process of Coke would require precise control over many variables, including temperature and pH, to produce any significant amount of alcohol.
