Instructions

  1. Put two mangoes together in a plastic or paper bag to allow them to ripen. One mango by itself will ripen more slowly.

  2. Keep in a cool place, such as a cupboard.

  3. Move mangoes to refrigerator when ripe - that is, when mangoes yield slightly to pressure.

  4. Store no more than two to three days to prevent overripening.
