How to Make Blueberry Puree
Pureed blueberries capture the essence of summer in a concentrated form. The taste of this little round berry conjures up images of lazy, barefoot afternoons scouring the thicket for a bucket of berries. After you have gathered, harvested and eaten your fill of fresh berries, processing the remaining blueberries into a puree will allow you to enjoy their summer freshness long after summer has gone. Use blueberry puree to make your favorite drinks, desserts and sauces.
