- Scrub brush
- Non-stick cooking spray
- Tongs
Instructions

Wash the outer skin of the potato with water and a scrub brush to remove gritty dirt.

Spray the lower rack of the Flavor Wave oven with a non-stick cooking spray.

Set the Flavor Wave at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the washed potato directly onto the lower oven rack and close the lid.

Set the timer for 41 minutes to thoroughly cook the potato. Remove the potato from the oven with tongs and turn the appliance off.
