How to Cook Frozen Hamburger Patties (8 Steps)
Do you suddenly need to cook a frozen hamburger patty? Well if that's the case, you've certainly come to the right place. The recipe here is for making a simple, great tasting American burger.
Things You'll Need
- Half-dozen frozen hamburger patties
- 1 gas-powered grill
- 1 spatula
- Seasoning
- Salt and Pepper
- BBQ Sauce
Instructions
-
Buy all the required ingredients. Make sure they are all on hand before you begin. Nothing is more frustrating than to have to deal with
-
Make sure the hamburger beef is thoroughly chilled beforehand. It'll come out as a better burger if you do. Once it's finished chilling, you'll need to form it into patties. Don't forget to wash your hands before you do it.
-
Make sure the patties are about 2/3 of an inch thick. Also, the patties should encompass more space than the bun, because they will shrink when the patties go on the grill.
-
Use any seasonings you might have. Also, now is the time to put on any salt or pepper required. This will give your burger a juicy flavor when it's done
-
Place the burger on the already-roaring grill. It will need about 3-5 minutes per side, depending on what kind of meat you bought and how strong your grill is. Make sure to flip it to get the other half as well.
-
Get those buns toasted. Having the buns be nice and crispy instead of soft and soggy really adds a powerful flavor to the frozen hamburger patty. Don't get them too burnt though!!
-
At about the halfway point, add on the BBQ Sauce. Whatever flavor you end up using, this will make the burger all the juicier when you eat it. Unless you know your guests have a high tolerance, stay away from extra spicy sauces.
-
Once sufficient time has passed, cut into the burger to see if it's ready to eat. If the inside doesn't look to raw, let it cool for about two minutes and serve. Congratulations, you've made yourself a delicious bunch of hamburgers from frozen patties.
