How do you cook goat?

Ingredients:

- 1 pound (500g) goat meat, cut into 1-inch pieces

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 tablespoon garam masala

- 1 teaspoon ground cumin

- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder

- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1 cup (250ml) water

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

2. Add the goat meat and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

3. Stir in the garam masala, ground cumin, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.

4. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

5. Add the water and bring to a boil.

6. Reduce heat to low, cover the pot, and simmer for 1 hour, or until the meat is tender.

7. Serve the goat meat with rice or flatbread.

Tips:

- If you can't find goat meat, you can substitute lamb or beef.

- If you don't have garam masala, you can make your own by mixing equal parts ground cumin, ground coriander, ground cardamom, ground cloves, and ground nutmeg.

- You can adjust the amount of red chili powder to your desired spice level.

- Serve the goat meat with a side of raita, a yogurt sauce with cucumber, tomatoes, and onions.
