How do you cook ma hi hi?
Ingredients:
- 1 pound Mahimahi fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup lime juice
Instructions:
1.) Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
2.) Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
3.) Place the Mahimahi fillets in the baking dish.
4.) Drizzle the Mahimahi fillets with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
5.) Bake the Mahimahi fillets in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through.
6.) Remove the Mahimahi fillets from the oven and top with chopped parsley, cilantro, and lime juice.
