Can wax paper go in oven?
Wax paper should not be used in the oven. Wax paper is coated with a thin layer of wax, which can melt and cause a fire if the paper is exposed to high temperatures. Additionally, the fumes released by burning wax paper can be toxic. Instead of wax paper, use parchment paper or aluminum foil for baking and cooking in the oven.
