Ingredients
* 2 cups cold milk
* 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
* 1/4 cup ice
* Whipped cream, for serving
* Chocolate shavings, for serving
Instructions
1. In a blender, combine the milk, chocolate syrup, and ice.
2. Blend until smooth and frothy.
3. Pour into two glasses and top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
