What is the recipe for baby marrow and thyme soup?
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 pound baby marrows, diced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the baby marrows and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until tender.
- Add the chicken broth, thyme, salt, and pepper and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the baby marrows are fully cooked.
- Enjoy the soup hot.
