What does a veiled chameleon eat?

A veiled chameleon's diet consists mainly of insects, such as crickets, locusts, grasshoppers, mealworms, and dubia roaches. They may also eat moths and butterflies, spiders and other small insects, and occasionally small vertebrates such as lizards and even small birds. In the wild, they supplement their diet with flowers and fruits.
