How many chicken for 50 people salad?

Ingredients:

- 4 (10 oz) packages of mixed salad greens

- 1/2 bunch cilantro

- 1 yellow onion

- 1 cup of almonds or pecans

- 2 cups cooked, boneless skinless chicken breast*

- 1 cup of your favourite salad dressing

Instructions:

1. Prepare your salad dressing.

* You can use any salad dressing you like, or you can make your own.

2. Wash and dry your salad greens, and cilantro.

* Pat the greens dry with paper towels to remove any excess water.

*Chop the greens into bite size pieces

* Finely chop the cilantro

3. Chop the onion and almonds.

* Cut the onion into thin slices or half circles

* Chop the almonds until finely minced.

4. Boil or roast your chicken breast until it is fully cooked.

*Let it cool on the counter until cold.

*Cut, slice, or shred it using a cutting board and knife or by using a stand or hand mixer if you prefer smaller diced chicken.

5. Assemble your salad.

* Place the salad greens in a large bowl.

* Top with the chicken, onion, almonds, and cilantro.

* Drizzle with your favourite salad dressing and toss to coat.

6. Serve your salad immediately.

Tips:

- If you're short on time, you can use pre-cooked chicken. Just be sure to heat it through before adding it to the salad.

- You can also add other ingredients to your salad, such as tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, or radishes.

- If you're not sure how much dressing to use, start with a little bit and then add more to taste.
