Ingredients
* 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

* 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

* 2 eggs

Instructions
1. Preheat a waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions.

3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and whisk until just combined. Do not overmix.

Tips
* If you don't have a waffle iron, you can also cook the waffles in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
