Is distilled white vinegar and undiluted the same?

Distilled white vinegar and undiluted white vinegar are the same thing. Distilled white vinegar is made by fermenting ethanol (grain alcohol) with acetic acid bacteria. The resulting product is a clear, colorless liquid with a sharp, acidic taste. Undiluted white vinegar is simply distilled white vinegar that has not been diluted with water. It has a higher concentration of acetic acid than diluted white vinegar, and therefore has a stronger flavor and aroma.
