How long paneer can keep without using fridge?
Paneer should not be kept for more than four hours at room temperature. To ensure its safety and optimal preservation, paneer should be stored in the refrigerator. In colder climates, if the room temperature stays moderate, it might extend to 6 hours, but anything more can be risky.
However, you may keep the homemade, unsalted one overnight. You may even preserve this for a week by adding two or three teaspoons of vinegar per litre water before immersing them.
