Baked Sweet & Sour Meatballs

Covering meatballs with a tangy sweet and sour sauce infuses them with flavor. After you bake a fresh batch of meatballs, you simply cook them in a homemade sauce so that the meat can absorb the flavor. Serve the meatballs as an appetizer at a party or transform them into a main course meal by serving them over a bed of rice with sautéed vegetables.
